"Steel Magnolias" Tickets Now Available

Winder-Barrow Community Theatre is excited to announce that tickets for "Steel Magnolias" by Robert Harling are now available online or by mail. This show is the final show of the 2024-2025 Main Stage Season so you season ticket holders will be notified in a couple of weeks to reserve your seats. You do not need to reply now.
"Steel Magnolias" is a beloved comedy-drama featuring a group of gossipy Southern ladies in a small town beauty parlor where they share their lives and loves. You might have seen the movie by the same name. Show dates are May 9th to 11th and 16th to 18th. Evening shows start at 7:30 pm with the Sunday matinees starting at 3:00 pm.
There are several ways to purchase tickets in advance for the show. Individual tickets are $18 for seniors, students, teachers, and veterans in advance. Adults are $20 in advance. Tickets are higher at the door. We recommend purchasing in advance since the tickets are less expensive, and you are guaranteed a seat.
Online tickets can be purchased on our website at www.winderbarrowtheatre.org by clicking on the red ticket found on the right side of the home page. When you click on the "online" link, it will take you to Tix.com. You will see the name of the show, and if all of the dates are not showing, just click on the down arrow found at the end of the line. Choose the date you wish to attend and the number of tickets. When you go to your cart, you will enter your information to purchase the tickets. When the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from the ticket company. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it. The online purchase will include the online purchase fee
You can also purchase tickets by mail by sending a check or money order to WBCT, P O Box 1720, Winder, GA 30680. Be sure to list your name, address, email address, phone number, the date you wish to come, and the number of tickets you need. When your order is received, you will get a confirmation email from WBCT.
The best price for tickets is the new WBCT Punch Pass. The 2025 Punch Pass is $99 for 6 shows (only $16.50 per show), and it can be used until the end of the year for any WBCT show. This pass can be shared by friends, spouses, etc. When you arrive at the theater, we will punch a hole in the ticket for each person you have attending. When you use up that pass, you can purchase another one at the box office, online, or by mail. This pass can be used at the adult shows and also the children's and Christmas shows so parents be thinking about how many tickets you might need for those shows. You will be responsible for bringing your pass to each show, and you can make reservations by emailing ask@winderbarrowtheatre.org before each show you plan to attend.
